Abdulrahman Alwuhayb
I am a mobility leader committed to shaping Riyadh’s future as part of Vision 2030 and the City Strategy. My work focuses on developing and implementing initiatives that enhance daily life, reduce visual pollution, and support sustainability while addressing congestion and urban growth challenges.
I currently oversee a diverse mobility portfolio, including public parking (400+k on-street spaces and 100+ off-street lands), micromobility solutions (e-bikes and scooters), and e-mobility infrastructure such as EV charging networks and e-buses. I have led the creation of city-wide masterplans, launched multi-billion-$ PPP opportunities, and built cross-functional teams that translate strategy into tangible impact.
Previously, I served at the Royal Court’s Strategic Management Office, directing large-scale transformation programs and governance frameworks across multiple national entities. My earlier career included roles in telecommunications, healthcare, and industrial sectors, both in Saudi Arabia and the United States.
I hold a Master’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the State University of New York and a Bachelor’s from Northeastern University in industrial engineering and business administration.
