Adam Triolo is REGENT’s VP of Commercial Business Development, where he oversees sales, ecosystems, and data analytics. Under his leadership, REGENT has built a backlog of more than $10 billion in provisional and firm orders for its groundbreaking family of all-electric wing-in-ground-effect seagliders.

Adam brings a unique perspective of aviation operator expertise and global sales leadership to the table. He began his career as a commercial pilot, flying corporate jets, turbo props and the Airbus A320 family of aircraft, accumulating over 5,000 flight hours. In addition to his work as a pilot, Adam is a seasoned aerospace professional.  He served as Regional Sales Director for Southeast Asia at Textron Aviation, where he drove significant channel partner sales growth from his base in Singapore. He later became Managing Director at TechJet Aviation, before joining REGENT to lead its global commercial business development efforts.An accomplished pilot and seasoned business development leader, Adam combines deep operational aviation knowledge with commercial strategy expertise. He leverages that expertise to manage REGENT's sales, ecosystems, and data analytics teams.  His track record makes Adam uniquely suited to scale REGENT’s commercial pipeline and ecosystem partnerships as the company transforms coastal transportation.
