Althea Bovell is the Deputy Chief, Civil Rights Programs Officer for LA Metro, and a member of the Senior Leadership Team. In her role, she oversees EEO and Compliance, Accessibility & Title VI, the Office of Equity and Race, and Diversity & Inclusion. Althea is an experienced Labor & Employment law advisor, litigator, and investigator with over 20 years of experience. She worked with both private and public companies, and top tier law firms. Althea earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law and her B.A. in Communications Studies from UCLA.
