With over three decades of experience, he currently serves as Chief Operations Officer at the Miami Parking Authority, overseeing operations across the Miami Marlins, City of Doral, and Jackson Memorial Hospital. His responsibilities include managing 180 employees, 14 garages, 60 lots, and 47,000 parking spaces countywide. Mr. Diaz sits on the Habitat for Humanity board and is also past President of the Florida Parking and Transportation Association, advocating for industry standards. His career highlights include leadership roles in Richmond, Virginia, and Santa Monica, California, where he managed significant budgets and oversaw large parking operations. Committed to professional development, Mr. Diaz holds a CAPP (Certified Administrator of Public Parking) certification and has completed leadership programs with leading organizations.
