Bryan Brooks serves as Vice President of Student Affairs, Enrollment Management, and Strategic Communications at Florida Polytechnic University, the only exclusively STEM-focused public university in Florida. Since joining in 2024, Brooks has driven transformational results across all three divisions. He has overseen enrollment growth of more than 30% across three consecutive recruitment cycles, achieving record application volumes and positioning Florida Poly as the fastest-growing university in the State University System. Additional highlights include the launch of a comprehensive NAIA athletics framework and improved Performance-Based Funding scores through robust enhancements to the university's Student Success program.Prior to Florida Poly, Brooks served as Associate Vice President for Communications and Community Engagement at Northwest Florida State College from 2022 to 2024, where he supervised athletic operations, managed the Mattie Kelly Arts Center, and directed all institutional marketing and brand strategy. His tenure produced eight consecutive semesters of enrollment growth, a $21.8 million Triumph Gulf Coast grant, and the launch of an esports program.Brooks brings a proven record of strategic leadership across public and private higher education, with deep expertise in enrollment management, communications, and student success. He holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from Washington State University and will complete his doctorate at the University of Miami in April 2027.
