Calli Cenizal is a Principal at Rebel Group and specializes in open-loop fare payment systems and transit technology modernization. With over fifteen years of experience in mobility innovation and project implementation, she is passionate about how seamless mobility can reduce barriers to access. She plays a key role in the California Integrated Travel Project (Cal-ITP), where she supports transit agencies across the state in implementing interoperable, tap-to-pay systems that align with global standards. Her work spans stakeholder engagement, procurement strategy, and implementation support. Prior to joining Rebel, she was the Head of Transit & University Partnerships at Lyft, leading the teams responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating 300+ on-demand mobility programs across North America. She holds a Master in City Planning degree from MIT.
