Francisco Javier Garzón Morales has a degree in Economics from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and is Economist and Trade Expert for the Government of Spain.

He has held different positions of responsibility in competition regulation and internationalization. Mr. Garzón has also been appointed to different posts such as Assistant Director and Presidency Advisor in the National Commission on Markets and Competition, mainly focused on the telecommunication and audiovisual sectors.

Regarding international trade and business internationalization, between 2014 and 2018, he was the Managing Director of ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones, the Spanish agency for trade promotion and investment attraction, and has held the position of Trade Commissioner in the Embassies of Spain in Brazil and Mexico.

He is now the Trade Commissioner for the Trade Commission of Spain in Miami.
