Frank Quintana is the Chief Information Officer for the City of Miami Beach, where he leads the City’s enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity program, and digital services portfolio. His work focuses on delivering reliable, secure, and practical technology solutions that support daily operations, public safety, and resident engagement.In this role, Frank oversees a cross-functional team responsible for infrastructure, applications, data, and cybersecurity. He has led efforts to strengthen operational resilience, improve service delivery, and introduce data and AI capabilities that support informed decision-making across departments.Frank regularly engages in discussions on cybersecurity, infrastructure & operations, emerging technologies, and the role of AI in government, with an emphasis on practical application and risk management.
