Henry L. Greenidge (he/him) is a Barbadian-American attorney and policy strategist focused on mobility, urban tech, and infrastructure. He advises startups and public agencies on autonomous solutions (AVs, Delivery Robots, Drones), EVs, e-mobility, and broadband—helping shape the future of urban living.Currently, Henry leads policy for DoorDash Labs where he focuses on ground-based and aerial autonomous delivery. Henry has held leadership roles at Cruise (GM), REEF Technology, and Tusk Holdings, guiding regulatory strategy and public affairs across sectors. He’s also served in government at the NYC Mayor’s Office, USDOT, White House OMB, and the FCC.Passionate about equity and innovation, Henry partners with cities, businesses, and communities to ensure tech solutions are inclusive, sustainable, and locally driven.
