As a global thought leader, Jeroen Kok has supported clients in more than 20 countries advising, developing and implementing payment systems for mobility in Europe, Asia, Africa and North America. He is a RebelGroup partner and director for the Payments, Mobility and Insights team, as well as the facilitator of the Global Association of Transit EMV (GATE). He was the founder and CEO of Trans Link Systems (TLS) in the Netherlands from 2001 until 2010. TLS established the first nationwide e-payment system for all public transport operators from bus to train to tram to metro lines. Jeroen is an economist (Amsterdam University and Harvard Kennedy School) and has worked both in the private and public sector with transport ministries, operators and payment industry over 25 years.
