A seasoned transportation leader with over 25 years of experience bringing a deep technical expertise across all components of the transportation delivery process and has become a driving force behind the firm’s multidisciplinary approach to mobility solutions.At EXP, Mr. Clavell has played a pivotal role in the development of more than ten transportation practices, helping to shape an organizational culture rooted in the belief that people are an organization’s most valuable asset. He is a strong advocate for early and consistent community engagement throughout the transportation delivery process, emphasizing transparency, collaboration, and responsiveness to community needs.
