Kelly Schmandt Ferguson has over 15 years of experience in public and private partnerships, tackling environmental challenges through community engagement and technology. Her diverse career spans startups, private companies, tribal and city governments, and non-profits. She has honed the ability to work across stakeholder groups to deliver transformative environmental programs and clean mobility projects.

Kelly serves as Chief of Staff at Automotus, a curb management company focused on making cities safer, healthier, and less congested. In this role, she leads implementation efforts with city and airport partners. Previously, as Director of Pilots at the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI), she spearheaded the launch of the nation’s first Zero Emissions Delivery Zone in Santa Monica, setting the standard for cleaner urban transportation.
