Kelly currently supports strategic policy and organizational efforts in the Director's Office at the Seattle Department of Transportation. Previously, she served as Director of the University of Washington's Urban Freight Lab where she led public–private collaboration efforts and advanced innovative funding strategies. She has worked across sectors academic, private, and public to support cross-cutting solutions to transportation problems.
