Khristian Gutierrez (""KG"") is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Passport Labs, Inc., a leading provider of parking compliance and curbside payment solutions headquartered in Charlotte, NC. Khristian has built his career in partnership with state and local governments, helping them modernize the services they deliver to their communities. At Passport, he assembled a world-class go-to-market team and has guided the company to serve over 800 municipal clients and process more than $3.5 billion in transactions. In 2025, he was named one of the Charlotte Business Journal's Most Admired CEOs.

Before returning to Passport, Khristian served as CEO of CivicEye, where he led a turnaround of the legacy business, which was recognized as a ""GovTech 100"" solution. He graduated with high honors from the University of Florida with a Master of Science in Finance and began his career as an investment banking analyst at Wells Fargo Securities, covering industrials and infrastructure.

Outside of work, Khristian enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristin, and their daughters, Isla and Evie.
