Lilly O’Brien is Deputy Executive Office overseeing LA Metro’s Station Activations Program. For nearly 15 years, Lilly has worked cross sector on programs and strategies that reimagine streets and infrastructure as vibrant public spaces. She has served as Senior Deputy of Infrastructure for LA County Supervisor Holly Mitchell, Director of Strategic Initiatives at LADOT, and Program Manager of the Great Streets Initiative for Former Mayor Eric Garcetti.
