Luis Garma is the Founder and Chairman of Mobile Smart City Corp, a U.S. technology company behind PANGO, a unified platform for smart parking, mobility and digital payments. Headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Mobile Smart City Corp has an Operations Center in Virginia, and offices in Puerto Rico, Chile and Spain, with projects across North America, the Caribbean, South America and Europe.Under his leadership, Mobile Smart City Corp has grown from a mobile parking payments provider into a single, open ecosystem that combines mobile and web payments, digital permits, ticketless License Plate Recognition parking (PANGO FAST PASS), smart parking meters, enforcement and citation management, access control, AI video analytics and business intelligence. The platform serves municipalities, airports, universities, hospitals, ports, hotels and private parking operators, helping them reduce congestion, improve the customer experience and turn day-to-day operations into actionable data.Luis brings three decades of experience in technology, much of it building and launching large-scale systems for the telecommunications, banking and insurance industries.
