Lydon Sleeper is Joby Aviation's US Lead for Strategic Policy. In that role, he focuses on working with state and local governments, as well as airports and authorities, to help lay the groundwork for Joby's commercial launch. He's been with Joby since 2022 and has worked with dozens of states around the country to help develop plans for the rollout of advanced aerial mobility. Prior to Joby, Lydon was the Director of the NYC Mayor's Office of Intergovernmental Affairs where he oversaw negotiations for all city, state and federal legislation impacting New York City. He also previously worked for New York City's leadaffordable housing development agency and New York City's Economic Development Corporation.
