Shahram Farhadi is the Co-Founder and CTO of Ensense AI, a Los Angeles startup turning the physical world into data through its “Physical AI” platform. Ensense builds compact sensor arrays that capture real-world signals (sound, air, motion, and imagery) to create a continuously updating map of how cities move and breathe.An inventor and technologist, Shahram previously served as CTO of an AI unicorn before founding Ensense. He now leads collaborations with NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, USC, and the U.S. Department of Defense to scale Ensense’s sensing technology from Los Angeles pilots to nationwide deployments.His mission is to build the outdoor data infrastructure that allows cities and enterprises to see, understand, and respond to the physical world with the same intelligence as the digital one.
