Vince is a Project Manager at the South Florida Regional Transportation Authority, which operates the local Tri-Rail commuter train service. In his role within the SFRTA Public Affairs Department, Vince focuses on marketing, outreach, and technology initiatives that improve the customer experience. One of his key responsibilities is facilitating the agency’s first and last mile program, which includes partnerships with Uber, Lyft, and local taxis. Vince also represents SFRTA/Tri-Rail in the community by presenting agency programs to community groups, businesses, and government organizations.
