With a background in landscape architecture and community planning, Wren brings over a decade of expertise in public space design and community engagement. Wren prioritizes community-driven, sustainable solutions and advocates for increased investment in historically disadvantaged areas. Before joining UHP, Wren worked as a consultant project manager for over six years with the Florida Department of Transportation and local agencies in South Florida. Wren has successfully collaborated with communities on projects involving transportation corridors, biking and trail networks, and citywide parks and recreation systems. Wren employs various inclusive and equitable methods in the planning process, including visual, audial, tactile, and interactive activities in public workshops, as well as digital and analog outreach tools, gathering input both online and in-person, and facilitating public meetings and focused community visits.
