Yehia Madkour is the Middle East Director at Perkins&Will, where he leads the firm’s regional strategy and major projects across the MENA region. He has led some of Perkins&Will’s most significant projects in Saudi Arabia, including three towers in KAFD and the concept design for the Riyadh Bus Rapid Transit and Metro System. In his previous role, Yehia directed Perkins&Will’s global research team, championing the exploration of AI in design, future mobility, and sensor technologies to enhance urban livability. In 2021, he was recognized with a “40 Under 40” Award by Building Design + Construction for his leadership in design research and technology.
