Aaron Disman is Senior Director of Transit Vehicle Engineering at LA Metro, where he leads a multi-disciplinary team of engineers. In this role, he directs maintenance engineering projects and technical support for the agency's rolling stock fleet of approximately 2,100 buses and 475 rail vehicles, driving key safety initiatives, maintaining a State of Good Repair, and overseeing advanced vehicle technology deployments. A licensed Professional Engineer, Aaron brings two decades of expertise in engineering and project management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara and a Master of Science in Transportation Management from San Jose State University.
