Aaron is a Principal at the Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund. He oversees the CFE Fund's banking access integration work, helping government agencies and non-profit service providers connect people to safe, affordable banking accounts. Prior to joining the CFE Fund, he was a high school teacher and a fellow with the Harvard Kennedy School Government Performance Lab. Aaron holds a B.A. in Political Science from Carleton College and an M.Ed. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
