Ms. Bravo is President & CEO of Alice Bravo & Associates, which focuses on advancing mobility solutions and facilitating public private partnerships. She has held significant transportation leadership positions that have contributed to improved transportation in South Florida:  As the former Director of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) for Miami-Dade County, she developed the Strategic Miami Area Rapid Transit (SMART) Plan and developed and secured funding for the South Corridor Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project along 20 miles of US 1 in South Miami-Dade - securing the County's first Federal Transit Agency Corridor grant in over 25 years, which opened October 2025.  She also spear-headed programs for autonomous vehicle circulators, EVTOL technology, replaced the County's Metrorail fleet, replaced most of the County's bus fleet, developed a program for SMART traffic signals, modernized the county's fare collection system with contactless payment options/apps, implemented numerous other transportation improvements and spearheaded Transit Oriented Development along the Metrorail.  As an FDOT Director, she developed the 95 Express Project – Florida’s first congestion pricing project.  She also led the development of the Port of Miami Tunnel Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain (DBFOM) Project. As Deputy City Manager for the City of Miami, she oversaw six City Departments and implemented numerous projects including the development of the City's Trolley System. She is past-chair of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Transportation Committee, as well as co-chair of the Broward Workshop’s Transportation Committee and a Founding Board Member of the Florida Policy Project which produces the annual Florida Autonomous Vehicle Conference.
