Beth Goldsmith currently serves as the Chief Strategy Office for Miami-Dade County’s Department of Transportation and Public Works with oversight of the department’s Performance Analysis, Quality Assurance, Asset Management, Business Solutions and Technology, and Strategic Initiatives/Public Private Partnerships. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science, a Bachelor’s of Arts, and a Master’s of Arts from the University of Miami.  With over 17 years of progressive public sector experience, with a background in procurement and technology acquisitions, she has served in multiple leadership roles within Miami-Dade County, including Chief Negotiator and Program Director for Technology Vendors, and has led numerous strategic initiatives to modernize operations and build government efficiencies.
