Carol Lee Henderson is the Deputy Executive Director of Intergovernmental and Outreach for the Broward Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO). She leads the planning and strategies for public engagement and intergovernmental activities of the Broward MPO. She partners with local, state, and federal agencies as well as elected officials to advocate for transportation initiatives in Broward County. Before her role with the MPO, she was Vice President of Business Development for Brightline. Prior to her position at Brightline, she worked the bulk of her career for The Walt Disney Company.  In addition, she has worked for other iconic companies including the Coca-Cola Company, and the Miami Dolphins. She is currently on the Board for Business for the Arts, History Fort Lauderdale, and the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance Governor’s Council. She currently serves on AMPO’s (Association of Metropolitan Planning Organizations) Core Products Committee.
