Diego Espinoza is a civil engineer and has a Master's in Transportation Science from the University of Chile. He is currently working as Chief Strategy Officer in the Regional Public Transport Division of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Chile. From this position, he is leading the modernization process of regional public transport systems, guiding the development of new procurement models for urban public transport, maritime public transport, and electronic fare collection systems.
