Dmitriy Vanchugov joined Uber Transit in February of 2020 to lead the Global Transit Partnerships team.  Uber Transit works closely with Public Transport agencies and cities around the world to help them deliver on more integrated and equitable public mobility networks by making the Uber platform a part of their overall public mobility ecosystem.  Uber Transit partnerships vary from providing First Last Mile or Late-Night connections to Fixed Route bus or rail service, to complimenting Paratransit and Microtransit operations.  Prior to Uber Transit, Dmitriy worked as a consultant and executive for various SaaS firms who develop solutions to help Transit Agencies manage their daily operations and business.  With over 15 years in the industry, Dmitriy is an outspoken advocate for public transit.  Beyond his day job, Dmitriy consistently contributes to critical transportation policy issues and technology standards developments by serving on key industry committees and by participating as a panelist, moderator, and keynote speaker at industry events.
