Emily Warren serves as Deputy Secretary for Innovative Mobility Solutions at the California State Transportation Agency (CalSTA). She oversees programs focused on autonomous and zero-emission vehicles and other novel technologies across the agency's departments, including the Department of Motor Vehicles, Caltrans, and the California Highway Patrol. Before joining CalSTA, Emily spent 13 years in the transportation technology industry, including early-stage policy leadership roles at Lyft, Lime, and Embark Trucks. She began her career as an aide to a Member of Congress from San Diego.
