
Enas Haddad
Eng. Enas Omar Haddad (born 1981) is a civil engineer and project management professional renowned for her leadership in municipal contracting and infrastructure development. She earned her B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (2004) and M.Sc. in Solid Waste Management (2008) from the Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST).
Her career spans diverse roles across engineering, academia, and public administration. After early work as a Resident Engineer in both private and municipal sectors, she taught at JUST and later served as a full-time lecturer at Dammam University in Saudi Arabia (2011–2016).
Returning to Jordan, she advanced to Head of the Tenders Department (2017–2023) and currently serves as Director of the Tenders and Audit Directorate at the Greater Irbid Municipality.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Eng. Haddad also holds advanced credentials in contracts management, engineering arbitration, and government procurement. She is deeply committed to sustainability, contributing to the municipality’s Green Buildings initiative and renewable energy programs.
Her career reflects a strong blend of technical mastery, academic excellence, and strategic public leadership.
