Grace Gallucci is Executive Director & CEO of NOACA, the Regional Metropolitan Planning Agency and MPO for greater Cleveland. She has 30+ years of experience in the field of transportation, including positions with the Chicago RTA as Deputy Executive Director and CFO, Director of OMB for the Greater Cleveland RTA and management analyst for the Office of Transportation, Broward County, Florida. Ms. Gallucci has been an adjunct professor/lecturer at various universities including Northwestern and Cleveland State; she holds a Master of Science in Urban Studies as well as a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
