Gregory Francese is a transportation planner with expertise in urban mobility, traffic safety, and multimodal infrastructure, and based in Hoboken, United States. Currently serving as the City of Hoboken’s Director of Transportation and Parking under Mayor Ravinder Bhalla, Gregory leads initiatives that advance Vision Zero, shared mobility, and complete streets, aimed at creating safer, more sustainable communities. He has played a pivotal role in implementing Hoboken’s nationally recognized traffic safety strategies, including speed limit reductions, curbside management modernization, and interdepartmental capital project coordination.
