Hannah Dos Santos leads Raleigh’s Shared Micromobility Program in North Carolina. She manages daily operations while steering the program’s long-term strategy—forging public-private partnerships that make the system more agile, equitable, and future-ready.  Hannah is currently the Co-Chair of the National Association of City Transportation Officials’ (NACTO) Shared Micromobility Peer Network and last year, she co-founded North Carolina’s first peer network for micromobility leaders—a space for micromobility leaders to share insights and accelerate change. Before joining the City, Hannah spent over five years researching sustainability across the Americas at the University of Toronto, grounding her work in both global perspective and local impact.
