Mr. Zhu is the General Manager of China Telecom Gulf. Formerly, he served as Deputy Director for Carrier Business and DICT at China Telecom Middle East & Africa. He is familiar with China Telecom’s strategic roadmap for strategic businesses, and dedicated to advancing the international deployment of successful Chinese innovations on CT and IT areas.
