Mr. Sims has over 25 years of experience working as a Transportation Systems Management and Operations Engineer. He has built a reputation across the Transportation industry as a visionary in TMC operations, Regional Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement, ITS maintenance, Transit operations and TSM&O performance measurement programs. He has led the Transportation Management Center Operations practice for Kapsch TrafficCom for over 10 yrs.  Just completing serving as Director of Transportation for Kansas City FIFA World Cup, he is poised to bring new perspectives and expertise to the transportation industry.
