With over 22 years in the public transportation industry and six years with DTPW, Javier’s leadership is crucial in ensuring our community thrives through efficient and innovative transportation solutions.Javier's journey began at the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) over two decades ago, honing his skills in managing right-of-way acquisitions, coordinating utility relocations, and leading eminent domain activities. His extensive experience and dedication led to his current role, where he oversees the design and engineering of transit infrastructure projects, manages DTPW’s permitting division and delivers nationally recognized Transit-Oriented Communities (TOC) developments.
