John Andoh is an enthusiastic transit professional with twenty-four years of experience in the public transit industry.  John presently serves as the Transit General Manager for the Redding Area Bus Authority in Redding, CA and also serves as a part time transit manager for the Cities of Burlington, NC, Escalon, CA and Ripon CA.  Public transit has been a true passion of John since he was 5 years old.  John’s experience spans small urban, large urban, and rural transit systems with the implementation, planning, and management, strategic planning and providing leadership of public transit and mobility based programs to address the transportation needs of the communities by innovating transit agencies to be mobility agencies and is a very innovative, creative and outside the box thinker
