Jose Clavell is the Vice President of Transportation for the US South at EXP, leading multidisciplinary teams that deliver mobility and infrastructure solutions. He brings over 25 years in technical expertise in NEPA, intermodal planning, and multimodal corridor design, with a strong record of guiding projects from concept through implementation. José has contributed to the development of multiple transportation practices at EXP. He is widely recognized for building effective public outreach and community engagement programs that strengthen transparency and stakeholder trust. His current work includes supporting efforts to enhance transportation connectivity for FIFA 2026, ensuring systems can safely and efficiently move large volumes of visitors.
