A seasoned transportation leader with over 25 years of experience bringing a deep technical expertise across all components of the transportation delivery process and has become a driving force behind the firm’s multidisciplinary approach to mobility solutions.At EXP, Mr. Clavell has played a pivotal role in the development of more than ten transportation practices, helping to shape an organizational culture rooted in the belief that people are an organization’s most valuable asset. He is a strong advocate for early and consistent community engagement throughout the transportation delivery process, emphasizing transparency, collaboration, and responsiveness to community needs. His leadership was instrumental in establishing EXP’s Public Outreach and Community Engagement Practice, built around four core groups—digital products, graphic design, innovative technologies, and logistics—designed to elevate how agencies and communities connect around infrastructure investments.Mr. Clavell’s work reflects a commitment to advancing transportation systems that are safe, equitable, and future-ready.
