Jose Nicolas Rios worked for 15 years in the private sector, mostly with insurance companies. He has been working within the public sector for 10 years in different areas, such as procurement, public services and currently as Chief of Staff in Medellin's government. He has a degree in Law and a Masters degree in Civil Liability and Insurance.
