Madeline Brozen serves as the Deputy Director of the UCLA Lewis Center for Regional Policy Studies. She oversees a research center addressing housing affordability and transportation equity for the Southern California region, connecting research to policy outcomes. Her research evaluates the effectiveness of interventions seeking to address transportation equity on people’s quality of life and understand how improved transportation leads to better life outcomes. The majority of her work focuses on issues of inequities relating to gender, race, and income.
