Marco Pintor is Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development at Pininfarina, leading the Mobility Business Unit since January 2025. In this role, he oversees commercial strategy and growth across all countries where Pininfarina operates in the automotive and transportation sectors.Marco joined Pininfarina in 2007 as Plant Director, managing vehicle manufacturing plants with full P&L responsibility and driving lean transformation programs. In 2011, he transitioned to Senior Sales Executive, where he led sales and business development across Europe, the Middle East, and North America. His leadership contributed to expanding the company’s portfolio with major automakers and developing new markets in commercial vehicles and non-automotive transportation.With over 30 years of experience in the automotive and mobility industries, Marco has built a career spanning operations, manufacturing, and strategic business development. Before Pininfarina, he held senior roles at TRW Automotive, including Plant Director for European Steering Operations and Operations Manager for Occupant Safety Systems, where he implemented Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to enhance performance and efficiency.Marco holds a Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and completed an Executive Master Program in Business Administration at SDA Bocconi, along with advanced training at ISVOR Institute.
