Matt Booterbaugh is the Chief Executive Officer of RATP Dev USA, a key subsidiary of the global RATP Dev group. In this role, Matt oversees the strategic execution, financial health, and operational performance of transit networks across North America, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and tailored mobility solutions to millions of passengers.With a career deeply rooted in operational excellence and digital transformation, Matt joined RATP Dev USA in December 2017 as Senior Vice President of Operations and Innovation. He later stepped into the roles of Chief Development Officer in 2020 and Deputy CEO in 2022, before being appointed Chief Executive Officer in June 2024. Throughout his tenure, Matt has been a driving force behind the company’s modernization efforts, introducing advanced technologies, optimizing continuous improvement frameworks, and cultivating a proactive safety-first culture.Prior to entering the public transit sector, Matt spent several years driving digital innovation and corporate scaling as a senior digital product leader in global solutions for IT consulting giant Iron Mountain.In addition to his executive role at RATP Dev USA, Matt serves on the board of the North American Transit Alliance (NATA), where he collaborates with industry leaders to champion the critical role of private partners in elevating the standards of public transit.
