Matt Jendrzejewski is the Director of Enforcement and Meter Services for the Pittsburgh Parking Authority, bringing nearly two decades of hands-on experience in parking operations and leadership. He began his career in 2008 as a Night Garage Manager, gaining extensive field knowledge by working across garages and supporting both night and day operations, building a strong foundation in workforce coordination.In 2011, Matt transitioned to Meter Services Manager, where he oversaw meter repair and collections while playing a key role in deploying pay-by-plate and multi-space meter technology citywide. He has collaborated with multiple vendors to implement mobile payment apps and modernize infrastructure, while also supporting enforcement teams in daily operations.Promoted to Director in 2023, Matt has led major initiatives including the full deployment of ticket-by-mail in 2025. He earned his Parking Enforcement Certified Professional (PECP) credential in 2026 and is currently pursuing his PTMP certification.
