Michael Inabinet is Central U.S. president and a corporate executive vice president for HNTB, overseeing the firm’s Central and Great Lakes Divisions. He also supports the growth and development of the company at a national level.Inabinet provides executive oversight of HNTB’s Digital Infrastructure Solutions, helping clients navigate the landscape of technology and innovation with the goal of improving strategic planning and implementation of infrastructure assets, enhancing safety, efficiency, and sustainability. With 30 years of professional engineering experience in municipal and transportation markets across the U.S., he has led project teams on large and complex programs in all transportation modes, as well as water, wastewater, flood control and disaster recovery programs. He is passionate about helping clients develop innovative solutions that set them apart and mentoring future leaders to elevate their careers through STEM education and professional development.Inabinet earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. As an engaged alumnus, he actively contributes by serving as a member of the civil engineering and environmental department advisory board., He serves as a board member for the non-profit organization Soaring Spirits, empowering widowed communities to flourish after loss.He and his wife, Jenny, live in Houston, Texas and have two children, Kathryn and Sarah.
