Michael is an accomplished business development leader and military aviation expert with a distinguished career in both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Business Development Director and North American Ecosystems Leader at REGENT Craft he has been instrumental in advancing electric maritime mobility initiatives. Michael has successfully led negotiations and formed coalitions with key stakeholders worldwide, including airlines, governments, and corporations. His leadership in the Hawaiian Seaglider Initiative, which explores electric maritime operations, showcases his ability to navigate complex, large-scale projects.

Prior to joining REGENT Craft, Michael served as a Consultant in the Financial Services office of Ernst and Young, where he managed process improvement initiatives and revamped data architectures for Fortune 500 clients. His extensive military career includes key leadership roles such as Commanding Officer of Bravo Company, 12th AVN BN in Washington D.C., overseeing sensitive operations involving top U.S. government officials. Michael served as Pilot in Command and Air Mission Commander during his tour in Afghanistan and continues to remain at the forefront of military innovation.

Michael holds an MBA from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler School of Business and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Auburn University, bringing a unique blend of operational expertise and business acumen to his current role.
