Moussa Ghaly Souvi is a Mauritanian businessman and a key player in economic and public development. He holds the position of Vice-President of the Nouakchott Region, as well as that of First Vice-President of the National Tourism Federation, and he is also President of the section of the El Insaf party (ruling party) in Nouakchott.

Since 2010, he has been Chairman and CEO of the MGS Group. He plays an important role within the National Union of Mauritanian Employers, where he sits on the National Council and serves as project manager to the President. He also represents the private sector within the Ministerial Monitoring and Vigilance Commission.

Moussa Souvi is considered one of the young economic figures who have contributed to the strengthening of investment initiatives, the development of the tourism sector and the expansion of economic partnerships in Mauritania and internationally.
