Natasha Wade serves as the Transportation Manager for the City of Miami's Resilience and Public Works Department, within the Transportation Division. She provides strategic leadership and oversight of the City’s Trolley System, including the management of contractors and staff. She has over three decades of experience in the transportation sector, and she has successfully led initiatives that promote operational efficiency, innovation, and interagency collaboration.Her professional background includes managing transportation budgets ranging from $10 million to $60 million, developing complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and administering grant-funded projects in partnership with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and the Miami-Dade County Citizens’ Independent Transportation Trust (CITT). Her areas of expertise include vehicle procurement, transit operations, and enhancing customer service. She is also actively engaged in public outreach and professional networks and is committed to advancing transportation services that meet community needs.
