Neill Etheridge
Neill Etheridge brings over three decades of experience at the intersection of private capital, operating businesses, and infrastructure-led platforms. He began his career at Apple Computer in the late 1990s, before moving into entrepreneurship with Media Circus, a media and entertainment production company. In the early 2000s, he relocated to New York to lead mergers and acquisitions initiatives within the financial services sector, developing a foundation in complex transactions and capital structuring.
Driven by a desire to operate with greater autonomy and alignment, Neill founded Octant Capital, an independent sponsorship platform partnering with proven operators to deploy capital and execute tailored M&A; strategies. He is also Co-Founder of Octant Partners, an independent sponsor joint venture with Stellex Capital Management, a $3.5 billion private equity firm.Alongside its investment activity, Octant has evolved into an invitation-only, highly curated community of established dealmakers and investors. The platform is built around collective ideation, trusted relationships, and the active management and execution of private investments—operating more as a private capital network than a traditional sponsor. Participation is deliberately limited, with access extended selectively to individuals who bring both capability and alignment. As private capital markets evolved, Neill became deeply involved in building and scaling businesses across multiple capital sources, including private equity, private credit, bank financing, structured loans, and infrastructure capital. This breadth led him into the maritime sector in 2005, where he was active across dry bulk and product tanker markets, including the launch of Sterling in partnership with a leading Greek shipping group and Carlyle Group.
Over time, his work has extended across energy and infrastructure—including E&P; and geothermal—as well as consumer and mobility-adjacent platforms, from automotive retail to EV charging ecosystems. In parallel, Neill serves as a board executive across multiple companies, providing strategic oversight and capital discipline across growth-stage and asset-backed businesses.
He is also a co-founder of Little London, a real estate development and investment platform focused on high-quality residential and mixed-use projects, where design, execution, and capital discipline are brought together to deliver differentiated outcomes.
Across these efforts, a consistent theme has been the ability to identify underutilized assets, align capital with operating expertise, and build scalable, experience-led platforms.
Today, as Co-Chairman of Condor Partners and a driving force behind The Twenty Five, Neill is focused on shaping next-generation coastal mobility through the integration of advanced maritime technology, premium infrastructure, and a globally connected membership base. His role within The Twenty Five reflects both a capital partner and a curator of community—bringing together a highly selective group of individuals who value time, access, and shared ambition.
