Philippe Op de Beeck is an experienced international business leader with a strong record in growth, transformation, and innovation. From 2016 to 2024 he was CEO of APCOA Parking, Europe’s largest parking operator, active in 13 countries and managing over 13,000 locations. Under his leadership the company doubled in size to nearly €1 billion in revenue and expanded into micro-mobility, micro-logistics, and digital platforms.Today Philippe focuses on Chairman and Non-Executive Director roles across several industries and advises investors in the parking, mobility, and service sectors. His work centres on combining talent, technology and operational excellence to create long-term value and enhance every day lives.

Before joining APCOA, Philippe held senior international roles with Compass Group, Gate, Renault, Hertz and Unilever, gaining extensive leadership experience across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.Of Belgian and Swiss nationality, he lives in Switzerland with his family and enjoys combining travel, sport, and culture in an active lifestyle.
