Seth Torma is Transportation Planning Practice Lead at Jacobs with nearly 30 years of experience in transportation planning. He specializes in long-distance, intercity, and regional rail planning, as well as transit and multimodal transportation strategies. Seth has led major rail planning initiatives across the western United States, including the Metrolink Service and Growth Development Plan, Federal Railroad Administration long-distance service expansion study, and mobility planning efforts supporting the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
